When you registered to join MiniTokyo you were shown he Policy the sets out the rules of this community. In there you would have read that it is against the rules to submit scans that have been enlarged.

First Warning

We only accept the highest quality scans that are over 1,000,000 pixels in size in order to provide an image resource for other members to use when creating their wallpapers. Whensomeone enlarges a scan it destroys the quality of the image making it unusable for other members. The Naruto scan that you submitted had clearly been enlarged... in fact I shudder to think how small it was originally from all the distortionin the image.

You were given a chance to read through the Policcy when you joined, but obviously you didn't take the time to understand what you were being shown. However, it is not too late to read through the Policy, or the FAQ and all the other Support Pages that will help to explain the rules of MiniTokyo.

Please click on the SUPPORT link at the top of the page and read through everything you find there. It really will give you all the information you need. If you have any more questions after that then please feel free to ask... but I strongly suggest that you do not submit anything else until after you have read all the Support Pages.
